How vacant staging works

01

Walkthrough

We tour the home with you or your agent and plan which rooms to stage.

02

Design

We pull furniture, art and accessories from our inventory, chosen for this home and its buyer.

03

Install day

Our team delivers and styles everything, so the home is ready for listing photos.

04

Home is live

Listing photos, open houses and showings. The home stays staged until you're under contract.

05

Take-down

Once you're under contract, we take everything down and pick it up.

We ask for at least 10 days' notice to schedule an install. The earlier you book, the better.

Staging consultations

We walk through the home with the homeowner and/or listing agent and give you a clear plan to get it market-ready: cosmetic fixes, furniture placement and styling advice. We take comprehensive notes so you have everything in writing.

You can take it from there and do it yourself, or bring us back to handle part or all of the work.
